Registration fees include admission to the general session, all technical sessions, exhibit hall, Tuesday night reception, and all breakfasts, breaks, and lunches.

Guest Ticket to Tuesday's Reception are available for purchase for $75.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the E2S2 Registar(E2S2@Laser-Registration.com). A $75 cancellation fee will apply to ALL cancellations. There will be no refund for any cancellation received after May 28, 2010. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
Substitutions
Substitutions are permitted at any time in lieu of cancellations. Please note that when requesting a substitution, you are asking the registrar to take the original payment provided and apply it to the new registration. Please contact the E2S2 Registrar in writing (E2S2@Laser-Registration.com) for substitution requests.
Exhibitors
For each exhibit space that your organization occupies at E2S2, your organization will be entitled to 2 complimentary full symposium registrations. Any additional personnel must register and pay the full attendee rate. All confirmed exhibiting companies will be sent an email from Laser Registration to register their booth personnel online. This email will contain a personalized link directing you to the Exhibitor Online Form. In order to receive the registration link, companies need to have their booth space confirmed with NDIA.
