Airport Information
Arrive at Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY).
The airport is located 11 miles from the Marriott. Average cab fare is $33 for one or two persons. For three or more passengers, fare is $14 per person. Pick-up is on the lower level, outside the baggage claim area. There may be an additional charge for extra baggage.
The Marriott Hotel does not offer airport transportation.
New Orleans Streetcar
As streetcars glide underneath grand live oaks and past stately mansions, they offer up relaxing views of the beauty, charm and history of New Orleans for little cost. When riders board these historic vehicles they are boarding a piece of movable New Orleans history.
The RTA operates three streetcar lines: the St. Charles line, the Canal Street line, and the Riverfront line. All lines either run along or intersect with Canal Street in the area between the French Quarter and the Central Business District (CBD).
A standard one-way fare on a streetcar costs only $1.25. Please have the exact amount ready, as fare boxes do not give change.

Disability Note: The red streetcars that travel the Canal Street and Riverfront lines are accessible to disabled riders. The green streetcars that travel the St. Charles Avenue line are not accessible to disabled riders.
